3. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree that:

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices, inventory, product availability, specifications, and product descriptions are
subject to change without prior notice.

Orders placed due to pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, typographical errors, or
technical errors are subject to cancellation prior to shipment.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before any order is processed or shipped.

Side Quest Research Labs reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order involving
suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, chargeback abuse, or violations of these
Terms & Conditions.

7. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Delivery estimates displayed during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed
delivery dates.

Responsibility for an order transfers to the shipping carrier once the shipment has been
accepted by the carrier. Side Quest Research Labs is not responsible for shipping delays
caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, or
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders
shipped to an address supplied incorrectly during checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all sales are final.

Customers must notify Side Quest Research Labs within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed
delivery if an order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

As a condition of evaluating a claim, customers must provide clear photographs of:

  • The products received.
  • The shipping label.
  • The exterior packaging.
  • Any visible damage.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation can result in denial of the claim.

9. Order Refusal & Cancellation

Side Quest Research Labs reserves the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel any order
at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of violating these Terms & Conditions
or applicable law.

If Side Quest Research Labs cancels a paid order before shipment, the amount paid for the
canceled order will be returned using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Side Quest Research Labs shall not be
liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
arising from or relating to this website, an order, or a product purchased through this website.

The maximum liability of Side Quest Research Labs for any claim shall not exceed the purchase
price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Side Quest Research Labs, its owners,
employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and representatives from and against claims,
liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from
your misuse of products, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of applicable law.

All website content, including logos, branding, graphics, product images, photographs, text,
page layouts, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Side Quest Research Labs
unless otherwise stated.
